Left over?

So, after having a mondo awesome calzone party I was left with an abundance of Italian cheese. Sooooo... I made MANicotti. It was way EZ too. I used the same mixture of:
8oz ricotta cheese
1 cup each of fresh shredded asiago, parm., Romano
1 egg
1 table spoon chopped garlic
1 table spoon Italian seasoning(my own blend^_^)
lil bitOsaltNpep
*This will make you enough stuffing for a whole box of shells or lasagna noodles.

Then I covered it with some roasted garlic tomato sauce (whole other recipe) and baked it for
15 - 20 min
on 350
Then... beat it up with more cheese!
Wicked yum town!

Dinner PartaA!: Calzones

So I was complaining to my friend Chet the other day how I wanted a quesadilla but I also wanted Italian. He responded with a quick "Go eat a cal zone!"(smart ass). In any case that got
me to thinking that it would be fun to have a calzone making party. I love to cook and I love friends anddd have been in an over documentation mode as of lately.
I told every one to bring there favorite ingredient. I as well provided a Greek platter and an Italian platter with some Delicious Field roast sausage. Someone also brought brats (that are unopened in my fridge...blaa).

Seeing how I have had past experience making Calzones redundantly at a past job I figured I would give everyone a helping hand.
^_^

Robbies helping hand...

O by the way I got the dough recipe @ Ehow.

Home roasted garlic and peppers.

After dinner we had a lovely game of apples2apples and dark chocolate filled ginger cookies.
